International harvester 129 help

Y harvester's mowing deck won't stop running when I shut it off.. I know there is an adjustment on the right side of the mower but no matter how tight that is pulled, it won't make the belt stop spinning...anyone had this problem before?

it has a mechanical clutch on the front of the engine, is the wear pad on the lever/clutch intact? it should be a button about the diameter of a nickel. if that is not it, is the lever still straight?

I'll take a picture of it when I get home scrappy...everything looks straight though...leaving PA now and I'll be home in 3 hrs...thanks

First off what I can see in the pic is the upper "finger" on the clutch is out of position. and there is a"button" that those fingers are supposed to hold in that is gone

one of the #25's is rotated and #14 is damaged/missing

I tried taking some better pics after removing the hood and grill...still look the same to you? And if so do you know how to fix er?

the triangular piece is also messed up, a piece is broken off on the RH side in your last picture.
based on what I see, parts 13-15 are either worn or broken.
I can't tell any more without disassembly.
