we think we're advanced but i don't know anyone in the usa who has a dash cam but LEOS. when will they become standard?

Im sure it will be soon as the new cars after 2014 will have to have flight recorders from what I have read. So id assume a camera will quickly follow.
I looked around a bit for a cheap one for my car for my use and havent really found much yet..
