I grew up on a farm on bigger tractors, but about 5 years ago I started a small tractor work business with a John Deere 1025r. A little over a year ago I added a TYM 3515ch to open up a little more capability for the things I do. I use the 1025r probably 75% of the time, but tilling bigger areas and brush hogging more than an acre or so a cab with bigger implements speeds it up and keeps me out of the dust and seeds. The TYM also can do driveway work much faster being able to pull more weight. With loaded tires on it I'm over 5k lbs, so even with wheel weights and loaded tires on the 1025r it can only pull so much material before it's spinning out. Especially on loose rock. Biggest plus with the heavier machine though is the grapple. When I'm clearing brush and logs it really saves time over the 1025r, although I plan to put a grapple on it too.
