Date built and serial number are all that matters, year sold and model year don't matter on tractors.
We have to have license plates and register tractors here, 3 tractors on the farm have a build year 1-2 years different than the registered "model year" on the registration.
I know one guy that has a 1988 CASE (not Case International) with white paint, case decals, that's 3 years AFTER case stopped selling white tractors!
