Is anybody interested in repairing my Ford 8N carburetor?

I have a carburetor from a Ford 8N. I purchased a rebuild kit and disassembled the carburetor. After cleaning it up, I went to reassemble it and am having some issues.

I have all of the old parts and the new rebuild kit. Would anybody be interested in finishing this job if I ship it to them? I will pay for shipping both ways, of course.

Don't know if you'll get any takers with shipping and labor costs. Both Ebay and Amazon have the replacement carb you need for $125-150 ready to bolt on and go.
I forgot to mention there is a youtube video (parts 1 & 2) on how to rebuild your carb also that would help you do it yourself.

What better way top learn how to repair a carburetor. go to library check out a 8N book and with instructions and make sure you follow and understand the reason for the procedure. Not being a smart about the answer but it gains confidence in worse problems.

They aren't too hard to do, If I can do it anyone can lol. I like fixing but I am about 45 ideas and 60 years away from being a mechanic.
If you think you really can't do it go over to yesterday's tractors in the 9,2,8N forum and locate gb in mt. He rebuilds them, when done they look better than new. Or take a stab at it yourself, check this out;

I rebuilt a Marvel Schebler TSX carb on my MF150 that looks very very similar to the one you have. It was my first carb ever. The link provided above appears to have very good instructions. I agree with other posters...give it a shot, you might suprise yourself. If it doesn't work out, you can always have it re-done by a pro.

Sounds like I'm talking to myself HAHA. I too get intimidated by repairs sometimes, but you know what the N series tractors have such limited parts that it's almost hard to muck it up. Just take your time and look over the link I posted a few times and I bet you'll get it. Do yourself a favor and go to yesterday's tractors and save a copy of the 75 tips, I keep a copy with my manual and i always reference it. That website has N masters on it that have done every repair you can do and will definitely give you tips and tricks.
