Is Boones Creek Outdoor Power (NE Tennessee) a good place for sales/service?

Hello. I am not looking for specific details (that would get anyone in trouble), but what are the local's general opinions (good/bad/just ok) of this place?
I might be making a long drive in the future, and would like to do my homework first. Thank you in advance to all who reply.

I'm about as far away from you as can be - and still be in the USA. However, I know nothing about Boones Creek but I hear Boones Farm will give you wild nightmares if you drink enough - ha,ha.

What is it you want to do? Sale or service? There is a John Deere dealer in Boones Creek. That's where I bought my JD. They do a pretty good job. There is a Kubota dealer in Johnson City just down the road from there. Only dealings I've had with them was 15 years ago and it wasn't good. Why I don't have one of them orange tractors. Mr. Levi. it would be referencing an equipment sale (neither Deere, nor Kubota), but if the place has a bad service reputation, I would be hesitant to make a purchase there, because how could I know that the equipment is even prepped/setup/assembled correctly? I am glad you found a Deere dealer you are happy here, the one around my place, was so horrible they are no longer a dealer! It all happened within the past few months, but I know they (deere) lost many, many sales to other makes because of that bad dealer. I personally would also not judge a place on how it was 15 years ago, as lot could have happened since then (new owner, new management, etc.) thank you for your reply.

A friend of mine bought a Scag from them in the last year or two and seemed to like the service and staff very well. He's pretty particular about his purchases and maintenance so I feel confident that he did his homework before hand.

Our Deere dealer bought out the Deere dealer we had. I've done business with both and am glad to have done it. You're right about the Kubota dealer, it could be a lot better now. I gave them a shot and was not pleased with the salesman. He was a 20 something year old and thought he knew everything. Now I don't know everything but being 30 years older and knowing what I want I didn't need a young'un telling me what to do with my money. I'm kind of glad how it turned out as I'm really pleased with what I have now and what I ended up getting right after he pissed in my cheerios. I know that all these type of tractors are great tractors and it's a matter of what an individual wants as to what they end up buying but I'm glad I ended up with a John Deere. Sorry I wasn't any help.
