Is It Too Late To Plant???

Well, I got the peas planted between thunderstorms this weekend. Lighting kept chasing me out of the field but I got the job finished around 5pm on Saturday.

It rained most of the night then the sun came out Sunday morning.

Buy Sunday afternoon the peas had already started to sprout.............This first time farmer is pretty amazed!!! /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

Plenty of boar to be had, ya'll come on.

As for the peas............18 hours to sprout, three days to emerge from the ground.

You think it's good now? Wait until you taste those home grown peas that you'll eat FRESH, not after sitting in a truck and then on the grocer's shelf losing quality. Good going. John
