They are not the same. The LK3504 was only produced for about three years.

Having never physically seen either model I won't presume to tell you the controls are the same. Since the models are similar by the same manufacturer I presume controls would also be in the same or similar locations if both use the same basic frame. Controls tend to be close enough among tractor brands that you can usually find your way around a different tractor.
I had owned Lk3054 it was most reliable piece of equipment I have owned. The ignition switch was temper mental but everything else worked without issue. The difference of 3504 was better hydraulic pump. Controls were the same. To this day I catch my self trying to shuttle shift Fwd/ Rev on my LS with my left arm near my side. That Kioti was tough tractor that is why the resale value held the same price I bought I sold it for 14 years later. No complaints it was unrefined as today痴 tractors are but it was workhorse.
