I am hearing nightmare stories about LS parts availability, the ability to even locate the parts, and the priority of New Holland over LS to obtain parts. I am somewhat concerned about ensuring my LS is not worked too hard or too often. As long as nothing breaks, we are still good. Hoping this issue is being managed properly by LS to put this issue to rest sooner than later.

As long as New Holland uses LS to manufacture their compact tractors, there will be parts. Assuming that there is cross over between the brands?

Just note that many of the NH tractors are LS with NH paint and badge. I just see that the long time NH dealers have dollars and space to stock parts where as the majority of the LS dealers are small, new and do not have the funds to sit on a large parts inventory. Then they want to much and it is cheaper to buy the exact same part from NH

I recently ordered NH parts to fix my intermittent no crank condition- was easily able to source the NH equivalent part- not so easy to source the LS base part.

I check using both the LS and NH part number( base number is same just add a leading MT for the NH part).

My recent experience showed that the NH branded part was actually cheaper than the LS branded part, go figure.

There is and Messicks is my go to for LS parts the longest I've waited is 4 days. Find your part number on LS parts website copy that to the search bar on messicks website add an "MT" to the front of the LS part number your are looking for and bam and cheaper than LS and it will be an OEM LS part. Fast delivery if you have questions call they will hook you up like a starving weed guy.

I was a manufacturing engineer manager with Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklifts. We made them identically except for the paint color.

Cat Logistics always did a better job with parts and repairs than some Mitsubishi Forklift Dealers.

It looks like New Holland is similar to Cat.
