I am pretty set on the John Deere 350. It's $3500 and really stretching my budget. I want something that lasts and the 1xx series at big box stores are crap from what I read. The jump to the 3xx series is night and day apparently. And I want something that lasts. The yard needs the 48" deck. It's pretty damned big.
I essentially want to get a pull behind sweeper (lots of trees and fall sucks) and a trailer for occasional yard work. But I don't know what the pricing on this stuff will be. Any insight would be appreciated. I hate the idea of a plastic trailer. I want something sturdy that will last. Is plastic OK?
I'm also interested in a pull behind spreader for fertilizer depending on price but I can just use the $100 walk behind that I already own.
