Is there a place for \"want to buy?\"

I just started looking for a tractor. I cannot afford a new tractor and need to buy a used one, in the 20 to 30+ hp range. Is there a place for "want to buy" ad? My lazy idea is to have prospective sellers explain their tractors instead of me trying to figure out what they sell. Thanks.

I'm not sure if TBN has that or not?...Maybe under "Classifieds".
I know eBay has that category, though, where you can post a detailed description of what you want to buy.

TractorHouse.com has one of the best services like that, that I have found. When you place a want to buy notice anyone who has that type of equipment for sale listed on their site will be automatically notified.
