Is there a Sleeve Hitch to 3 Pt adapter?

I had a small garden tractor that used the sleeve hitch and I still have some hefty plows, etc. that were left over. I now have a small diesel 3 point hitch (Cat 1) tractor that I'd like to use to pull some of these plows. A long time ago, a neighbor had an adapter built by a welder to allow him to use sleeve hitch implements with his 3 point hitch. Alas, both the neighbor and the welder are no longer around.

Does anyone know of a source to purchase such an adapter?

I think you answered your question, find a 3pt hitch adapter like you would use for a ball hitch and find a new welder to add the sleeve hitch joint to it, or have them make the whole thing. Sometimes designing what you want on paper and taking it to a welder fabricator is not that expensive if you have simple plans to work from. That is what I would do.

You could find one of those JD or Cub sleeve hitch bars and weld it onto a standard A frame 3 pt and use any sleeve hitch attachment you want. I know someone on here has done that as I have seen the pictures he posted but cannot find them again. You can find the sleeve bars on ebay pretty cheap and the A frames for about $100 also.

Those pictures do give me some ideas. I may just break out my small welder and see what I can whip up. Looks simple enough. Thanks for all the replies.
