Howdy. I had priced that same tractor around the middle of February and was quoted a price of $14,000. Then I received an e-mail lowering the price to $13500. the first week of March, obviously there is nothing wrong with lowering the price hes just trying to sell the tractor. The tractor is still advertised for sale on tractorhouse.com for $13,800.
As far as the loader goes they vary in price from 3 to 4 thousand but that is when it is included in the sale of the tractor, I am not sure about the price of an add on plus installation for a loader. The popular loaders to add on would be Accutech, Koyker and possibly Woods, I think they are all good loaders but dont believe them to be as good as the BL20A Branson loader(just my opinion).
I backed off from this deal because the dealer that has it is not set up to do any mechanical work so he couldnt have added on a BL20A loader and a set of rear remotes for me.
Dont get me wrong they were nice people but they just sell the tractor as is. They are also not the first Branson dealer I have seen that has no service department.
If you would like to order a new one from him equipped the way you want it I received a price back in Feb of $14,800 for a 4220i with the independent PTO plus an extra $3,400 for the BL20A loader and $350 for the R-4 tires. I didnt price the rear spool at that time. As far as shipping goes the lowest price I have been quoted is $1.35 a mile so if you are in Dallas (just using that as a refrence as your bio didnt say where in TX you are) you would need to add another $1162.00, and with fuel prices the way they are I doubt if that 1.35 a mile is still a good price.
Personally I think you would be better off just buying from a local dealer, when you add up tractor, loader, shipping plus hassle factor you may only be saving a few hundred dollars and still have no service from the dealer you bought it from.
