I'm not sure if I got the jpegs uploaded correctly. They don't yet appear in my msg. The owner said all hydraulic cylinders have some of this type of misting.

I don't see ANY mist collecting near any of the other cylinders. No obvious leaks anywhere. The this non leaking worries me.

Also how do I upload to the photo gallery? I looked around but didn't see any buttons like the manage attachments. I subscribed to the gallery mistakenly thinking if I did I might have access to the upload area. I probably don't need to know every time someone uploads a pic.

I don't know if it is just the photograph or a bad angle but everything looks pretty normal to me. Your going to have some build of of oil dirt and grime.

Hi Dingo man, in that area with all those hoses it's the source of the fluid that collects the dirt that worries me. Tractor has less then 160 hrs. There is no build up of oily dirt near any other hoses or cylinders. But I thank you for the glimmer of hope. I would love to find that I'm worried about a non issue.

Not normal to me. In the pic's it looks wet.
For only 160 hours those cylinders should be almost dry.
Warranty?????? Dealer should fix if you have any.

I called another Kioti dealer in Calif. They are still open there and got someone who knows his product. He told me that even on a new tractor it is not a leak till there wet spots on the ground. He said the control valves almost always have some seepage.

So, when it's time to fix it is it the valve itself or the connections that usually leak?

I have tomorrow to decide if I keep this tractor as part of a land deal. So I apologize for so many questions. And I thank everyone for their patience and generous help.

Does not look normal to me for those hrs . It may not be the cylinders , possibly a hose or connection fitting . Beware of a high pressure leak , could cut right through your skin . Good luck

You do have some misting somewhere, That is not normal for such a low hour tractor.

I agree with Dingo Man this looks normal for a working unit.

I think someone is confused about the hours on the tractor or the meter has been replaced.

You do not have a repaint job over a decal peeling off after 160 hours because the OEM paint would still be fine in most cases.

I would find the tag with the serial number and year of build on it.

Again it looks normal to me for a working machine that does not get washed as is the case for most who never hit this forum. :D

What year is the tractor?
