Iseki Bolens Hydrualic pressure

Hi guys i have a Tx2160F / G174 bolans And have just started building a tipping trailer

And was hoping somone here would know what pressure the hydraulic system is set at so i can work out what ram to fit :confused2:

You could check that out by installing a gage and extend the cyl, and read the highest pressure on the gage. Install the gage before the valve. Depending on manufacture and style of cyl, the pressure could be 2500 to 3500 psi. Your interest primarily would be cyl stroke, as any hyd cyl could lift quite a bit. The load will determine the actually pressure.

Just an example.

2 in bore
1 in shaft
2500 psi
4 ton with a straight on push.

Thanks j j i dont have a gauge but i may be able to borrow one i think one of my mates have one.

At least that way i will know the real pressure and not the factory spec that it might not obtain
