ISEKI SXG 19 rear discharge with deflector

I have the above mower and it blocks up continuosly especially with damp/ wet grass. The grass blocks on the small bar which holds together the two sides of the cutting deck.

Has anyone else had this problem and if so how do you solve it please ??
