Iseki TA Rear PTO cover and Gear problem

Hi.
I used today for the first time a PTO powered tool, but I have two problems:
The first is a cover is missing:

I found spare part number 1632-273-004-00

This is the smallest problem.

The biggest problem is as you can see in the picture, the bearing as moved in the bore and I can't no more change PTO speeds. I think it's a seriousPO gearbox problem...

It looks like there is some kind of retainer plate, maybe a seal housing missing from around pto.
