Oil & Fuel Iseki TL2501 oil sump leaking full of diesel fuel

Help please.Before I remove the injector pump does anyone know what the cause might be.
The oil and fuel mixed ran out of the oil filler cap, sump overfull.
Before that there was diesel leaking out of the breather on top of injector pump.
Appreciate advice. Thank you.

My suggestion is seal in pump , must be allowing fuel to the lubrication side of pump which gets to the gears that power the pump which would contaminate the motor oil with fuel . . if there are no internal injector lines inside engine .

yes there should be a seal in there somewhere, either way its probably a pump off to the diesel shop unless you are keen to pull it apart !
