iseki tractor parts

i am looking for rings,rod bearings,gasket set, for iseki ts1700
2 cyl diesel tryed internet no one emails or calls back.
any help would be appreciated /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

A TS1700 is a very old model and is not as common in the us, that is why you are getting limited responses. I will email Japan today and ask about availability. Rings, bearings and gaskets can all be manufactured in the US. Price might not be worth it though.

Is it an Isuzu motor? Does it have the motor model number on the block on the right hand side, below and in front of the injection pump (like 2AA1, or??). Any other info off the motor?

Another avenue would be to call Derrick at Rainbow, he specializes in iseki parts. He is usally pretty good about getting back to you. I have also noticed that he also seems to consistently get genuine Iseki parts. However on this model they may not be available

The 2 cylinder Isuzu diesels were also used in a few Marine applications. Perhaps you might have some luck looking in some of the sailing / boating web sites.
Worth a try if are comitted to this engine.
