Hi to all, very new to farming. I cant fit any implements to my tractor because the lower arms hit the rear wheels and are two narrow...the wheel base that is. My Fertilizer hopper and boom spray fittings are too wide....Can I reverse the rims safely to get the extra width...any suggestions? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

A typical catagory 1 3pt hitch is 26" wide between pins. How wide are your implements? Does the tractor have a standard cat 1 3pt hitch?

Do the arms hit the tires totally, or is it only that the arms are swinging back & forth & run into the tires when they swing too far? Then you need stablizers.

Most tractors can have the wheel width adjusted, however some small compact utility tractors do not allow (or recommend anyhow) doing so as it is too hard on the small axles/ wheel mounts. Check with your manual/ dealer on this.
