Aug 3, 2019 / Iseki TS3510 PTO clutch

Hi guys I have a iseki ts3510. When I depressed the clutch I can select all driving gears fine. But the PTO grinds when trying to engage it. Also if I depress the clutch the PTO keeps turning. Is there a secondary clutch for the PTO. Only had the tractor about 12 months now and only just tried using the PTO.
