Iseki TU165 Land hope

Cheers. First where can I get parts for My ISEKI TU 165??? It was on blocks for about 3 months to find and fix my left front axle. ( I had to pay $500 for the axle at a machine shop who just happened to have made 6 of them) After the 4X4 was working again I hocked up my mower but the 3 PT won't lift up. full of fluid and the front bucket works fine, what could I check and where is it located?
