Hi guys I'm a new member ,just now got around to posting something. I recently purchased my iseki tx1300f . I was told it was ran out of fuel and they were unable to restart. So I purchased it without hearing it run. It did spin over and acted like it wanted to start. For $750 I thought I would give it a shot.So after getting it home and having the starter rebuilt I finally got it running. Ran pretty good overall, little noisy but I think thats normal for these machines. It was also hard to restart after shutting it off,the bad battery did not help much either. So after putting in another battery I was able to get it running again ,but when I removed the hose from valve cover while it was running it had lots of blowby.Still have not checked compression ,but pretty sure its goin to need rings. Trying to decide if I should just remove valve cover and oil pan and throw in a set of rings or if I should remove engine and do a complete overhaul, not sure what that would cost. When I had it running I did drive it around the yard and everything seemed to work, clutch felt ok hydraulics worked and the 4 wheel drive. Just curious what you guys thought. Any advice would be appreciated. Will also try to get some pics to post.Thanks.
