Iseki TX1500 valve seat inserts

Does anyone know the valve recession for a Mitsubishi TX75 engine?
i.e. far far above or below the head surface the valve heads should be when assembled?

The engine is a Mitsubishi KE75

Sometimes you can work it backwards, if you know how high above the valve spring seat the end of the valve should be. But certainly not far, far above the head surface! If you see that, you may see a gap under the seat where it has moved.
