Iseki TX1510 3 Point Hitch very slow to rise

Drove down our field used the front end loader to do a little work; noticed the 3PH was right down so moved the lever to raise it - didn't move at all. Drove back to workshop by which time the 3PH was right up any ideas as to why folks please? Many thanks in anticipation

oh ps fluid level seems fine maybe a slight leak from a banjo nut/filter where the pipe comes out of the reservoir at the back

Would appear to be caused by the leak that I still have (where the pipe goes into the reservoir) it will get fixed one day!!
Have the parts just need to get the gear oil to date I have just been topping the oil up on a need to do basis as its not cheap
