That's an interesting thought - burning the mortgage on a tractor. Are there any states that issue titles for tractors? I know here in NY, they don't.

I don't think there is a title in any state. CNH said "There is no title on a tractor".

All you get is a paid in full bill of sale.

Now I need to figure out what it would cost to replace the tractor & back hoe, (BH is almost always on.) with something similar.

I have just under 1,400 hours on the machine. Any Thoughts, its a 2004 model and had 190 hours on it when purchased.
