Lol Mike this ain't 6 or 7 cord, yikes lol it's just to have fun after work and weekends enjoying a fire with the family. I'd have more equipment for it if I heated that way. Working for a Propane and Heating Oil Co. spoils me, I get a good discount on fuel and I know a guy that does heat and AC . I got plenty of trees just laying out in the woods waiting to be bucked and cut to keep me busy, and enjoy plenty of camp fires all summer long. Just felt good to get out and do something despite being on call, thankfully a 70 degree day doesn't make for any no heats and knock on wood everyone had hot water so I just putted around and made a stack of wood out of was cut down last winter.

Last 5-8 years took it's toll on me.. I hope now that the farm is established the next few years won't beat me up so bad.

Long post, Lot of work
http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/projects/89163-busy-wife-weekend.html?highlight=busy+wife

This weekend we used the L39 to plant some more apple trees, kind of an overkill, but it was nice to just be able to push the bucket down, wiggle it a bit and make a crater without actually needing to take a scoop and mess up the area.

Used the Max28 to collect a pile of poop in the Paddock and had the wife run the L39, loading its bucket with yards of poop with the Max. No way could you scoop up that much without using another smaller tractor to overfill the bucket.

Planted 20 raspberry and blackberry bushes by hand and collected abut 20 trees 2" to +4" in diameter that were good deadfall for firewood.
Set up the 10X20 ' greenhouse and bee hives too.

I'm at lunch at work and could use a nap.

Tilled a good size garden for fresh veggies all summer long. Finally going to mount the BoxBlade and do the driveway tomorrow. Overseeding and fertilizing the lawn tonight. Also getting a chain drag for the horse rings tomorrow. I love being out in the country. Will post some new pics of what we've been upto soon, have a great weekend everyone. Donnie

A nice little garden prepped to be planted next weekend 10x30, going to install fencing next weekend.

A quick grading over the driveway to smooth over the ruts and bumps. BoxBlade is super nice to have and the Max24 don't flinch at pulling a 5' no problem and tires aren't loaded

Sitting in a ShelterLogic for now 10x15x8 we'll see how the shelter holds I'm not asking for permanent lol.

Been a full weekend with plenty to do. The Max24 has been tested and passed! Love having this little tractor!

Got a chain drag from TSC today from the fiancé for my birthday tomorrow . It's going to come in handy this summer and after surgery as I won't be able to do heavy labor for a bit. It's nice to have the tractor to work and beyond the wheel barrel and shovel days. We've never really had groomed riding rings so this is going to be a new experience riding. So far we popped a bunch of trip hazards out with loader already and has been a huge help. My hope for this thread is to show newbies like myself what the Max can and does do, so hopefully this thread will be a fun read for some of you, as well as critique my mishaps . Hopefully be posting some mowing pics and my thoughts on this tractors mid mount mower soon. Donnie
