Took the MMM off yesterday so I could put the 3ph snowblower and cab on. Nezt morning noticed a puddle of hydraulic fluid on floor under the DL100 4 Quick Disconnect Couplers.
Took DL100 off and cleaned the male and female ends and made sure connections were tight on the threaded ends.
Seemed fine until it sat for 5 hours and found the one coupler leaking badly still.
I am going to the dealer tomorrow to get a male and female end replacement but can I replace this without removing the loader? Probably not..will it leak alot of hydraulic fluid out once I take the ends off?
On an FYI note, this particular hose is up against the engine hood all the time and I think the 14 years of vibration prematurily wore it out.
