Yanmar YM2310, Honda H5013, Case 580 CK, Ford 9N
About a month ago I bought a YM2310 tractor. I have been using it a lot but today it truly became mine. I modified it. My son and I welded on to the FEL bucket two doubler plates. Actually more like tripler plates. These plates are on the top at each side. They were welded on to provide strength for hooks. So now there is a hook on each side as well as one in the middle. The middle hook is welded on and is a chain hook so that it captures the chain link. The side hooks are the large types suitable for sliding chain or rope through. Even though I owned the tractor outright already it really felt like mine today now that I have modded it, making it easier for me to use.

Bought my YM2310 last May and loving it, really nice having the proper tool for the job for a change. Funny I installed my hooks on the bucket last week.

Enjoy it.

Welded bucket hooks was my first improvement. While I was at it I welded one on the back of the back hoe bucket so I can use it as a small crane. Adding two more hooks to the center of the bucket now.

Here's a bucket addition that's handy. A hitch ball mounted low enough to get under a parked trailer's tongue. Parking the utility trailer in its narrow barn stall is much easier now.
