My carb kit showed up Friday. I hope I can get the carb off today, or sometime this week. Mother's day today so that is far more important. I appreciate the thoughts and guidance from you guys.

have a happy M day ... the tractor will probably be around long after "family " has passed on , so concentrate on the "family" part for one day ... you'll have 363 to work on the machine till next year !

I just got my 53 Super C running today. I had to have the generator tested then the starter which they had to rebuild. Then I had a friend come over to have alook he cleaned the distributer cap and roter added some carb cleaner and gave it a try. After a little effort it started to purr. Im going to change the spark plugs wires and and voltage regulater. Then its time to put it to work. I am excited cant wait. This was in the family sice the Sixties. I was favored to become the next owner.
