It's time to sign!

Well either today or tomorrow I will be signing my name on the line for a new MT235e TLB package. I have shopped and shopped for a TLB for going on close to 2 years and I am finally getting the nod from the wife to purchase a tractor for our "homestead" (using that term loosely). I have a lot of jobs lined up for this thing and ready to finally start taking care of our 40 acres the way it needs to be. I'm hoping that this tractor will be the ticket for building our barn doing firewood and maintaining or property. I have a leach field that needs to be repaired at our cottage and a boat ramp that needs a lot of help.

I'm going to try and get the dealer to throw in the 1st oil change but he has been great to me and gave me a great price on the package with free delivery.

Lots to do with so little time! Honestly I won't be doing any backhoe work until the ground thaws. Might even be a while after that depending on how sloppy the yard is.

Just signed the paperwork this afternoon, looking to do the first few mods once it gets delivered this Tuesday or Wednesday. Looking forward to really making this girl work.

You will be amazed at the capability of the small machines. I used to have the MT125 TLB, and did a lot with it including a full septic system. Congratulations on the new tractor! Are you getting the BH with it?
