Jacobsen B40 Debris Blower

I am looking for an owners manaual, specs, etc. for a Jacobsen Blower model B40. Thus far, I have not had any luck in finding one. I even checked Jacobsen's website. I found a parts list, but nothing about the HP requirements, air flow and velocity, etc.

Any help would be appreciated.
