Japan made MF4600 series

Talked to a MF dealer (not local) who tells me that the 2600HD tractors are a good design but the quality control had been a warranty nightmare. Really stupid stuff like shipping transmissions with engine oil in them. He also tells me that all the dealers are amped about the 4600 series.

We have had qood luck with the 2600HD's in our area. I heard problem with 2600HD was 2 fold - the value of the US dollar is in the tank so the exchange rate was not favorable in NA and the TIER 4 emissions compliance would have been very costly (too costly). Was told that the tractor will still be available in other markets for a few more years.

That's a great Video all the new features look great ! I went to the Massey Ferguson North America web site
and they now have some specs on the 4600 model . I look forward to testing one when my local dealer gets
some in stock.
