Buying Advice JCB Fastrac 8250/8280

Hi! Brand new to the forum here! I'm looking to purchase a newer Fastrac in the range of the 8250 or 8280. I just don't want to be new to the point where there is a DPF and DEF. Do anyone of you know what years to avoid in order to not get any emissions BS. Or where I can buy DPF/DEF delete kits? I forget what years, but the newer Fastrac are no longer Cummins they are now SISU/AGCO.
