If you have the optional diverter valve with three sets of rear outlets it would make this an easy fix. Buy the topntilt kit from Fitrite hydraulics and a set of arms and you would be good to go. Brian known here as MtnViewRanch has the FitRite Hydraulics business and will make you up a set of cylinders for the 110tlb.
FWIW, whenever a dealer sells a new 4x20 series tractor with the option of telescopic links added to a base tractor they wind up with the regular arms left over. A busy dealer that sells these tractors should be able to sell you a set at a reasonable cost. While you will still need the sway/check bars or chains this might be easier to rig up for you.
