John Deere 3720 Cab Tractor
My friend who lost his JD4300, due to an electrical fire a few months ago, is finally getting paid from his insurance company.

He was in talking to his JD Dealer, and told him if he could wait until next summer, JD should have their newly revised 110TLB out with their own factory Cab Option. Which of course means preasurized Cab w/Heat and AC. Which if they had this available when I bought my tractor, I would have bought this machine in a heartbeat.

Has anyone else heard this rumor? Or If you havn't ask your dealers, to see if they will leak any secrets of what is to come of the 110 Factory Cab.

From an engineering standpoint, I'd be surprised. The A/C will rob almost 10% of the power from that engine. Given the demanding work those machines are made for it may really struggle without a larger engine. The weight may also be an issue. All the glass will probably push it over the limit for a 10k trailer which is a big issue with this class tractor. Just my take.

The problem I see with a factory cab option (which I would like to have BTW) is the tractor will become too closely priced to a 310. Also the detachable backhoe with the flip over seat would seem to require re-engineering.

I'm sure they will revise the whole tractor, If they can put a 57HP Engine in the 4720, don't you think they could do it to a 110TLB.. I bet they can.

Just remember nobody thought that JD could do as well as they did with the compact tractor cabs, but as of now, they are untouchable.. no other brand has a cab nearly as nice...

exactly right. Around our area, tractors are higher than premium prices elsewhere.... 110's, stripped pretty mcuh with very few or no extras's start in the mid forties and work their way up from there.,... At least in my area, a 110 with cab and larger engine, say the 57 hp model,, one might as well buy the 310 and get it over with

I a gree with Messick. They want to keep that machine as close to 7500lbs as possible. A larger engine and glass cab would push the weight too high. The 110 in my area is mostly used by the rentals. Its a favorite with the small contractor who owns a 3/4 ton pickup that needs to do a quick job.
