I hauled my 14T on a 14' 2 axle trailer w/wood floor.
The fenders were above the bed on the trailer. I screwed RR ties on the bed to elevate the baler above the fenders.
Had to remove the wheels and tires to reduce the width of the baler to deep the police happy.
Take lots of blocking. Screws and a driver to hold the blocking in place. Chains and binders. Red flags. And anything else you can think of.
Pay special attention to the needles and guards. They hang down and you don't want to ding them up when loading and hauling.
I hauled the 14T 250 miles over the mountains and all went OK. It did move a bit on the trailer. Had me concerned. Had to re-tie the ropes a few times, that is why I suggest chains.
The guy I bought it from had a bucket on his tractor. He had to remove the bucket to lift the baler. Baler and bucket were too heavy for the tractor.

My 14T bales well. I bale 30# fine stem alfalfa for horse and goat owners. I went to the small bales for easy handling for myself and the client. Kids can feed the livestock too.
Some parts are hard to come by and a manual is a must to make proper adjustments. It has taken me about a year to get it "tuned" to bale really well.
The main reason I purchased it is I have a Ford NAA Jubilee. A small 28HP tractor that I did not want to overwork. The combo works well together.
There are new small balers on the market, you might want to check, if parts availabillity concerns you.
Small Farm Innovations is one.

My Massey Ferguson 124 baler is about the size of a 14T. I towed it home about 35 miles behind my F150 after buying it a few years ago.

Use the back roads and kept the speed below 25mph. No problems. Just be sure the tires and wheel bearings are good.

I've seen guys towing similar balers down I5 at 45-50 mph (not recommended).

One of my neighbors towed his baler, an NH 500, about 300 miles up I5 behind his Ford minivan after buying it (again not recommended).
