I like the out front deck style, TORO has been making them for 45 years.

This is my latest one, it is a 2004 4WD 328D.

Cabs are available, I don't have one.

They have been a pretty good work horse for a number of years. Biggest change for the new units is the cab is now a fully isolated and pressurized comfortgard cab so is a nice clean, quite work environment. One of the features I have always like is the "tail follows the trail" that is with the appropriate 72" deck wherever it fits you can safely turn the machine and it will fit in the same mowed area so no worries about hitting the back of the machine on anything, 4 wheel steering not necc. Be prepared to spend 30k+ for any brand of well equipped commercial front mount machine with cab and year round attachments.

Bought a 1550 this spring with a 72" rear discharge deck. No cab, 18K for the 1550 plus $4K for the deck. $22K total. As previously stated expect to spend 30+ for a 1585 cab model. We have had front mount commercial JD's for years and they are an excellent machine
