Hoping TX Jim weighs in on this one.
I have a 1970 JD 2020 Gas with a 48 front end loader. The loader does not have its own stand alone valve. The lift cylinder creeps up, the tilt cylinder does not. I have read a lot of other threads and sounds like I need to replace a hydraulic valve...but since the loader does not have its own valve, does that mean i could put a rebuild kit in the tractor selective control valve?
It is a later build tractor, I think the valve design changed from the earlier years.
Attached a schematic of the rebuild kit for the SCV
Thanks in advanced for any help you all can provide. Alot of good info on this forum
