JD 2032R newly added hyd top & tilt cylinders hydro locked

Hi Y'all, just found & joined this community.

My problem: I'm adding hyd top & side links with a Vevor 2 spool joystick control valve. I installed a power beyond sleeve into the N port of the valve and it's connected to the +P on the tractor. The P & T ports are connected to the -P & T on the tractor.
The link cylinders move a little bit on the first move of the joystick but lock up after that, until loosening a hose fitting to release pressure.
Where did I go wrong or is the PB sleeve leaking..or?

What is -P and +P? I think you probably have things hooked up backwards. The pressure supply from the pump needs to go the P port on the valve (the one nearest the relief valve) and the power beyond sleeve (N port) on the valve should supply oil back into the tractor system. I think you should revisit that.

Connections to the valve you added should be:

P - port on valve to pressure from tractor.
Power beyond to supply pressure down stream like to 3 point hitch or rear remotes
T - port directly to tank

Will reversing the pressure and PB lines effect the downstream systems?
Currently my loader and 3 pt operate correctly.

I for one, am still confused as to exactly what you have now. You have a loader valve (with power beyond?) and a new valve now supplied with power beyond from said loader valve? That flow is connected to the P port of the new valve, the power beyond from the new valve goes back into the tractor three point lift system? If so, that sounds correct. The loader and three point work. Yet the new valve doesn't operate cylinders connected to the work ports? If the basic plumbing is correct something must be wrong in the work port to cylinder plumbing. Either hooked up wrong or couplers not properly mated.

Went out into the snow today.
I switched the pressure supply and power beyond lines and that solved the issue.
I guess I misunderstood the fluid flow direction.
