Planters JD 23-C Corn Planter - can anyone tell me about this?

I bought one for 100.00, hope I got a good deal. It works fine. It must be attached to a cultivator, which I don't have but will get. I wonder if it can be converted to 3 pt hitch? Any info appreciated.
