JD 300cx bucket slowly dumps by itself

Can you tell us after raising the bucket up fully, how long does it take for the lift arms to descend to the ground, and does the bucket curl down ?

May I ask what was the labor charge for each cylinder?
I may need this done and wondering how much money I need to save up. :duh:
