One of the shortcomings of the 3032E is the inability to use the PTO to power a log splitter, wood chipper, etc. without having to over-ride the seat switch. Some use a sand bag on the seat, others short out the seat switch with a jumper, or install a micro switch under the seat so that the seat can be tilted forward to use the PTO. All these solutions have some safety problems.
Fortunately, the PTO pull switch has some extra contacts that are not used. The attached photo shows where to connect them to wires spliced to the seat switch leads. The other safety features will now work normally, and the seat switch is over-ridden only when the PTO is used.
