I have a 310j (4045HT054) with aprox 1200 hours on it, and recentlly drained fuel tank of about a gal of diesel to remove water and impetiments, and fuel filters both primary and final. The manual says turn key to run position for 60-90 seconds to prime system, but it didn't start, so I cracked the fule lines at the injectors and blead it that way. Started right up. Did I miss something or do I have an issue somewhere in the fuel system. It does sound like there is a pump running at the primary filter that doesn't seem to shut off.
