Hello! First time using this site. I have a E-hydro 3520 w/ 300cx loader and 448 backhoe. Bought it new in early 2008. I have cleared massive wooded areas with this machine and certainly put it through it's paces. Backhoe has yanked massive stumps out. (one busted hydraulic line I replaced.) Without question a workhorse. (128 total hours)

Don't know what I did if anything. I can drive on level ground beautifully in all ranges (a,b,c). The instant it starts up any grade, even somewhat slight, it bogs down and will eventually stall, unless I give close to max rpms.

I've had oil changed at around 60. Hydraulics don't seem to be bogged down at all I can life almost anything with that 300cx and backhoe still claws at the ground like a demon. Just can't get up grades.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Have a look at this, maybe yours is turned off.

Using LoadMatch (eHydro)

LoadMatch enables the operator to prevent the engine stalling during heavy load applications such as operating with a loader. This feature is turned on and off using the display mode switch
1. Turn key switch to ON position.
2. No error codes should be displayed. If any errors are displayed, activate the display mode switch (A) to acknowledge the error.
3. Press and hold the display mode switch (A) until the display reads 途ELEAS?
4. The last edited command will display, either Coast or Load.
5. If Load is not displayed, use left or right turn signals to select the Load command.
6. Activate the display mode switch (A) to edit the LoadMatch setting.
7. The LCD (B) will display the last setting for LoadMatch, either On or Off.
8. Activate the left or right turn signals (C) to turn LoadMatch On or Off.
9. When the desired setting is displayed, activate the display mode switch (A) to store the setting.
10. The LCD (B) will flash the entered command twice and then change to the normal mode.

Could some thing be floating around in the fuel tank?

Does it stall going uphill in all gears? You say the FEL lifts fine, can it run into a pile of dirt and push into it without stalling? You do have the hand brake off, right? What is your typical motor RPM when this occurs?

I would do as CinderSchnauzer suggests and if that doesn't solve the problem have the dealer fix it. That is what warranty is for.

have you checked to see if the brakes are dragging? I have seen the brakes hang and rob the power from the wheels on an HST.

Was the the engine oil or hydraulic oil? It is possible that the return screen is getting clogged if the initial 50 hour service was not performed on the hydraulic system.
