It is hard to get one that does everything optimally, but most improvements on your list can be done with the 110tlb. The field work you decide to do is best done with a larger tractor but it can be a simple gear tractor which will help keep the cost down. The size of the field tractor would depend on what you intend to do but likely between 70 and 100 pto hp. I would have both the 110 and a larger field tractor.
