JD 4230 lift arms wont raise

Yesterday a d-ring blew out spraying oil everywhere, fixed that, then used the tractor for about 8 hours picking up a tobacco setter with 3 point hitch but i had to throttle up in order for it to pick up, finally it wouldnt pick it up at all when i tried
