jd 430 lift cylender rebuild

I have a jd 4300 with a 430 loader. I am currently trying to rebuild the lift cylenders. I can't seperate the piston from the tube body any help

In the seal kit is a orange plastic piece, you need to place that piece inside the groove in the top of the cylinder to allow the ring that's around the piston to pass over the groove.

there are two orange rings witch ones and do i slip them in the snap ring grove
