JD 4300 Mid Mount Mower Availability

Just picked up a '99 4300 with FEL. No deck but figured I would have the option this way to consider RFM/MMM. Found a good deal on a Woods PRD7200 for around 3k. JD dealer is telling me the MMM for the 4300 is no longer available. Can get for the 4500/4600 but that's it. He also advised me that finding used would be difficult due to differences in brackets, etc. used on various models. Hoping there are some experts out there that can help - the mid mount is really my preference if possible.

Thanks. Will give them a call in the am. Looks like most parts are there. Hopefully there's a manual in the box... If not that's probably available through parts.

They are still around. Last year there were some new one's in crates at dealers on ebay and tractorhouse. They will fit other models besides the 4000 series. I stumbled across them when looking for a used tractor before buying the new 2520.

Rekees - thanks for the link. Turned out to be located at a dealer in Grand Rapids/Comstock Park, MI that was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Picked the deck up on Sat. Needs a little work but overall in pretty good condition. Also got a manual, so that will help with PN's and install/set up.
