Thank You everyone. Turned out to be the Thermistor after all. Snipped off the old one and wired up the new one. Fired right up! Now I have some shredding to do!

mine hasn't acted up in awhile, until the other day. crank but no start. i pulled a random relay and put it back in and it fired right up. i think i've pulled a cpl different relays over the 4 times it has done it, so it's not a specific resistor...i'm going to get a thermistor and some extra relays in case it gets to a point where it won't start at all.
